By becoming a researcher, you will get access to our research marketplace. You can then choose any project that might suit your interest and start planning. Researcher with higher Hey rating level will be assigned to lead each project.
As a Researcher, your responsibility is to plan the most efficient way to get the right results. Then start breaking it down into smaller tasks that can be delegated to the interns. You will also have to plan all the available resources, including man hours needed to complete the tasks.
You will get higher reward percentage as a researcher. Usually around 30-50% of the grant amount, which will be distributed fairly among other researchers in the project. 10% will go towards our development fund, and the rest will be distributed to all interns who contributed to the research.
